Research Lead
Short Description: Serve as the main point of contact between the company and our research partners across the globe. Lead grant applications, manage research projects, case studies, and feasibility studies to advance our mission.

Description of Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Music Health and our global research partners.
Lead the application and submission process for grants to secure funding for research initiatives.
Manage and oversee research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and execute case studies and feasibility studies, providing detailed reports and insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development and business strategies.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of research activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Present research outcomes to stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and funding bodies.
Qualifications:
Senior level with at least 5 years of proven experience in research management, including grant applications and project management.
Demonstrable track record in managing research projects, case studies, and feasibility studies.
Strong proficiency in applying for and securing research grants.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with research partners.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in the healthcare or music technology industry is a plus.
